Hi, I’m Brei. I use Clinical Hypnotherapy, Parts work (IFS) and Brainspotting (a method similar to EMDR) to reach the subconscious and activate the body-mind’s natural self-healing mechanisms.
My work connects with the body, the mind, and the parts of you that live beneath conscious awareness.
I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work.
About ten years ago, I came down with dengue and never fully recovered. That marked the beginning of a long chapter of chronic fatigue, which eventually led to diagnoses of hypothyroidism and Hashimoto’s.
Once you’re living in survival mode, the symptoms seem to multiply. The scariest part was not having answers.
At one point, I genuinely believed I was dying, and that no one would ever figure out why.
Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to fix the symptoms and started turning toward them—to listen to what they were trying to tell me. That’s what I offer now: a space where we don’t just talk about what’s happening—we gently go there. We work through the nervous system and subconscious to uncover what your body is really trying to say.
Together, we will explore what’s been driving that pushing, and begin to resolve it at the root.
Chronic illness doesn’t come out of nowhere. It’s the result of years of pushing yourself and ignoring the signals, until the body finally says, “no more.”

JP gave me a new awareness of how I was using my body, and we started re-organising muscle function. Within a day my pain went away. JP’s therapy different to any other physical therapy I’ve ever done and the results are incredible!
