For years, I was stuck in the outdated bio-mechanical model of pain, which treated my symptoms as separate from the rest of me.
Real healing began when I explored the mind-body connection. Meditation helped me regulate my nervous system and shift toward a more holistic view of wellness.
Outside of coaching, I’m often behind a camera. Photography has deepened my appreciation for perspective, storytelling, and the quiet strength in resilience – insights that continue to shape how I support others.

Pain is often the body’s way of adapting to stress,trauma, or overload. When we shift the question from “What’s wrong with me?” to “How can I help my system feel safe?”—that’s where healing begins.
My work focuses on nervous system regulation, using tools like movement, breath, and connection. As the system becomes more balanced, other parts of life—like pain, movement, and relationships—can start to shift too.

I work with individuals who face a wide range of challenges, but tend to focus on Chronic Tightness, Chronic Pain, Anxiety and Overthinking and Insomnia.
My coaching style is friendly, approachable, and deeply rooted in empathy. I’ve been where many of my clients are – in constant pain, misunderstood, overwhelmed, and stuck. That’s why I prioritize creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences without judgment.
